Workour Routines Part 2...

  alright... this one's actuali for Addi here...

instead of just "talking" about it...
let's all be honest and tell him what work outs we've all done.

i'm still in the office right now *shhhh* no one knows i'm on GT right now.. haha

rights i'll start from last night then

250 crunches / leg raises
100 side crunches
50 press ups

  Didn't do what I normally do yesterday since my muscles were a bit sore but other than that I'm still doing the same as always.

well.... between us plonkers and GT we'll make sure you get back into your modelesque shape yet! =)

and looking at pictures of sheep to increase your hear rate does not count as a cardio workout!!! LOL!!!

  i rode a bike to my friends place. of course, its very hilly where i live. and i didn't ride it home (some of ya'll know why :S )

but that was fun.

I start to focus on one muscle group per day.

same running and push up and crunch routine as before.

  lets see.
I moved several amps and lighting systems. other various electrical equipment ranging from 5 to 25 lbs yesterday for an hour or so. then i jumped around for about 2 hours straight. one 15 minute break for water and air. this counts as cardio i think. then i moved all the equipment back (another hour or so.)

strange... sometimes i watch sex on tv...
the onli thing missing is having anything!
