  What the fuck?!?!?!?!


I stepped on the scale this morning, and I only weighed 148 LBS?!?!?!?

What the fuck????? See what happens when you dont lift weights or eat much for three months.


Damnit. Thats it starting tomorrow I start lifting weights again and eating lots of skinless chicken and fuckin steaks again. To hell with bein a lightweight. I am supposed to weigh no less then 180 LBS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!



Ok anyways, how many of you here lift weights on a regular basis?

Getting back to full workout-commitment in a week or 2 as I'll be going to the gym again.


I always get some kind of an energy surge after a heavy workout, it's addicting.

  No weight lifting for me. I'm fairly strong but I don't look it, and I probably should do a little more than I do. But I'm a skinny ass little girl who has no plans for whipping herself into shape. :P

  I've been working out pretty steadily Since December. Been getting ready for applying for the police academy.

Run 1.5-2 miles before workout, strength workout after that and then at night I work abs and stretching.

I too am a bit frustrated because I've been trying to eat healtier, but I need to gain weight back. At my high point I was 170, I'm down to 150 now. I want to be around 180 with moderate mass.

I've been toying with a special forces workout book I bought at the book store. Pretty good sheer strength building excercises. The type of excercises where you are moving your own body weight, pullups, pushup, etc. It also gives tips on gaining weight and it says I need to increase my calorie intake by 500 more a day. I don't know if I can eat that much...

But that's my workout life...definatly helps keep me sane, good outlet for stress and agressions.

  hmm. i dont work out. but i do work. that stops me getting fat. i guess if i quit my jobs id start working out but why work out for nothing if i can get paid 4 it?

..i think that made sense :S

Start working by a dutch farmer where almost nothing is automated. It will get those muscels into shape...trust me ;) :p
