I had the gun to my head.
I was ready to pull the trigger.
One more try for GT, and if it isn't there...
BANG!

Thank god (or JQ)it's back.
I had to actually do work at work today. What kind of topsy-turvy screwed up world is this?!

Hi long lost GT friends!

Well the cables came out of the socet. The moniter was hit a few times. As GT is my homepage. (IE the opening page when internet explorer loads up) I thought there was something wrong with my connection. After a while of strife. I realised to check another site. it worked. Ahhhh

DOE

GT WAS THE REASON I TURNED THE DAMN THING ON IN THE FIRST PLACE. I WAS NO BETTER OFF WHEN I STARTED.

I breathed a sigh of relief when that black screen with the random qoute and the links to all those places that consumed much of my time when i was unemployed. Was working perfectly...

That doesn't sound pleasant. Foot bones tend not to cooperate when healing, or so I hear. How exactly did you manage to do it?
Luckily for me, I ducked as the disc tray zoomed out towards my face.

I think this was about 3 years ago. I was going to hit reset and stepped on the controller cord. It pulled the Nintendo off the table it was on and the corner of it landed on my foot. Ow! This was the same foot that was stabbed by a knife I dropped.

>Luckily for me, I ducked as the disc tray zoomed out towards my face.

Perhaps simply stepping away would have worked just as well.

Damn that sounds painful. *wince*
I find it very strange that I have never broken a bone, though I don't plan on doing so intentionally just so I stop feeling wierd about it.

>Perhaps simply stepping away would have worked just as well.
I was sitting down at the time so I sort of jumped back and ducked without getting up. I didn't account for it moving so far, so fast. Only mousie little me would be that disturbed by a disc tray shooting out at my face. *shakes head*
