If you're the sociology type, you might find this interesting; I thought it was a very well communicated study.

It requires a login, and you can cheat the system with this:

That's 2 useful links in one post. I usually don't do that in a year.

I did that one before =) it was pretty interesting.

Looks like i'm good on educationa and income side, but I need to change my occupation - business people don't get much of the prestige =P According to this table it looks like only lawyers and doctors fall into high prestige category. Meh...

I was disapointed to learn that "Professional Philosopher" wasn't listed. Then, neither was "Homeless Dude". Some correlation? You decide.

I can't remember where I read it, but I once read a study listing the rarest occupations. Apparently, female professional philosophers are very, very few in number.

Useless tidbit.

  Occupation: 38th percentile
Education: 48th percentile
Income: 56th percentile
Wealth: 37th percentile
AVERAGE: 44th percentile

Eh, I could be doing a lot worse.

  28%? It's not my fault I'm a 17 year-old part-time data-entry drone.

Future plans would get me up to 81% by age 30.
