  "these youngsters from Liverpool"

Ed always cracked me up.

there are certain events that I remember watching from my childhood...JFK's funeral, the moon landing, and the Beatle's appearance on The ED Sullivan Show.

it makes me sad to think only two of them remain with us.

I don't know if something is wrong with the video or my connection is bad, but it seemed to choke quite a bit.

Good video. Thanks Mr. Hif. Those guys were so handsome and charming.

Feb. 7th, 1964. I'm willing to bet none of you really remember it like yesterday, though :)

Thanks so much for posting this! Makes me really long for the early days of rock; Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry and Elvis had passed their prime and had personal issues that lead them away from music moving on (plane crash, legal troubles, and army service, respectively), and the Beatles and the Animals and the Stones and Dylan were coming into the picture. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

My memorable(famous) moments are the Al v. Bush elections, 9-11, the death of John Lee Hooker, and the Clinton "scandal".
