I've got some friends down from back home at the moment. I'm going to work today, and I'm going to pick up some ribeye steaks on my way home and show off my BBQ skillz when I get back.

I had a depressed skinny man stay at my house last night and sleep on my couch, i popped down the shops and bought everything he and my visiting irish chum would need for a powerful breakfast feast. I am off to town now to grab a cup of Cawfee before i begin whatever delightful shennanigans this evening will bring.

I've been sick for the past week - so I stayed in today. I posted crazily everywhere online - except here where I want to spam the least.

:)

I hope the BBQ went well!

I'm going to go to work in an hour. When I arrive, I will park my car and pop the trunk. I will then put my chef coat on, take off my running shoes and put on my nonslips, pick up my company hat, knife case, and energy drink (I love GNC) then walk into work thinking about how I can improve my methods of cooking. Must be the best.

I swear it wasn't me. I have a plausible alibi and witnesses that will testify on the bible I was down in Phoenix spying on Crim...

*hope you feel better soon, Daisy.

Man, you got to email God? I thought I was able to talk to him directly, but email? Now I can send him picks and movies and chain-mail just like all my real friends? Sweet, he does exist!

got home at 0400 this morning. Slept until 1000 and will be going back to work in a little less than an hour...

currently listening to my kids play a made up game with my brothers dog where they sing the dogs name to her in a manner that would annoy a nun... and yet surprisingly has no affect on the dog...

For what it's worth...

I've got one more week, before I start work again. I tried making jewellery and it's going well, so I'm very enthusiastic at the moment.

kids (especially your own). gotta love 'em...and dogs too. When I work from home mine has to put up with my singing and saying all sorts of stupid things to him...and he hasn't complained yet.

lol! Good one, soldier : )

I was tempted to include pubic hair (I have it on good authority that you can weave them together and make stunning wrist bracelets), but I thought it would gross out meshie...so I didn't. He's a sensitive kind of guy.

You don't need no stinkin grill, you just set your garbage can lid out in the sun for a few minutes and you got yerself a perfectly hot grilling surface.

True, but since Crim resides in Phoenix, AZ. I don't see your point.
: )

By the time I get to Phoenix...she'll be grilling...She'll find the phish I left chillin' in the frig...

Because you live in America.

But that bit of information doesn't really help you much

Why do CDs cost so much? They cost like two bits to make.

What do you need daycare for, Mesh?

Mesh Posted: Thu Aug 16 19:55:08 2007 Post | Quote in Reply
I don't. I'm just saying. 1300 a month is ridiculous. Some people don't even make that a month. Even the cheapest I've seen (around here) would take up 3/4 of an entire months pay for people on the lower end of the scale.

Kira Posted: Thu Aug 16 23:52:49 2007 Post | Quote in Reply
It's kind of weird. I always think of the people who need daycare as the ones who can't afford not to work. But if you're paying that much for someone else to look after your children, doesn't it come out about the same? Something's odd there.

We really should get a collection going for you. I know you're a student and all, but you shouldn't have to live in a box.

And both you and Ant need to post more, without these 10 month periods of silence in between. No excuses!
