  It's early still.
Yesterday? My coworker buying me a cookie and tea, or ticklefighting with CM, or talking to my sweetheart for my last few waking hours. Okay, that's not the one best, will a top three do?
M.

Today is only 11:00 AM still. So we'll do yesterday.

The best part was where I took two tylenol pms and passed out on my recliner for a night of dreamless sleep.

The best part so far today?

I ate a hershey kiss.

yesterday I started a new temp job that I think will go well.
And I laughed a lot with my boyfriend(like, hysterical hurts-your-tummy laughing), always feels good.

Today is too early to tell. Coffee had been the highlight so far.

Ahhh, it's been a while since I've had that. Always therapeutic, though.

Best thing so far, at 10am? Well.......it's a beautiful day outside, and that always makes me feel good.

The best part about today is that the worst thing that could have possibly happened, happened. So it can only be all uphill from here.

Woo woo here comes the optimistic train. That damned glass is half full, I tell ya.

I got one after I looked at that grossness.

Glad yours is gone. They make life so miserable. Ask a guy friend to give you a head and temple massage if you feel it coming back...just make sure he's either gay, or really old so you don't have to worry about him thinking "boinking" thoughts : )

Mesh Posted: Mon Nov 12 16:07:14 2007 Post | Quote in Reply
hay i will give a girl a massage out of tenderness and not because im thinking of boinking her and hoping shell turn over on to her back and say hay baby why dont you massage my chest now mmmmmm yeah i am not using puncuation in this post

addi Posted: Mon Nov 12 17:22:10 2007 Post | Quote in Reply
  lol!

You're a sick man, meshie. Not the gross disturbing yucky youtube kind of sick, but the slightly off-center kind of sick that's endearing
: )

You know, I'm still not to clear on the word endearing. What exactly does that mean?

Because I actually get told that a lot. Well maybe not a lot, you know, but I've been told it plenty.

It's like something you do or say that is at once genuine and unique... I mean, I think it's like something, a behavior or a habit you might have that you don't normally think about, that makes your true character shine through, in that kind of mystical way that makes you say, "what does that have to do with what kind of person he is?" But it does matter and it does mean something, and makes people like and trust you. I think. Sort of.

Yargh. I couldn't think of a metaphor or simile that didn't involve heartstrings or puppies. I'll shup now.

I handled my last patient of the day with minimal mistakes and minimal help from the senior techs. That was the best part of my day.

This may mean I'm a work nerd.

and the loveliness is back with a vengeance!

i am sitting with a hot water bottle in my lap which makes me warm even though my room feels like a basement or cellar due to the rain storms today. so that's pretty good.

But now it's ruined, because of UPS!

I payed 112% more for next day air than the total cost of the products was. This was a week ago.

I DON'T HAVE IT. Everytime I go to track the package, it says it's being held by the carrier because of an incorrect suite number. And everytime I see it say that I call UPS and give them FOR A FIFTH OR SIXTH TIME, the address....again. I have them read it to me several times. And then they say "Ok Sir, the change have been made, that will be delivered to you tomorrow." But then, oh, but then tomorrow when I go to UPS.com and track the package, it says goddamn mother fucking incorrect suite number, held by carrier. Well bitch, mail gets delivered to the same exact address that I've been giving, every damn day. Incorrect suite number my ass.

This is ridiculous and it's really pissing me off. I want those packages. I obviously wanted them bad enough to pay so much for next day air, even.

God damn it feels good to rant about the little things in life.

Seriously though, I'm going to have to call them for like a sixth time today and give them my address again. Is that not absolutely ridiculous? And then, I bet you anything, I won't get the package tomorrow, and it will tell me incorrect suite address. Again.

The man in the brown shorts better watch his back, that's all I'm sayin'.

  Fried turkey.

One precious treat in a day that was otherwise a total crapfest. Thank you, Fred.

Oh, and also Navarone. The very tall, pure white, mild-mannered Borzoi who always has a smile for me. I love smiling dogs.
