Yanabci sehirin catisindan
Izledim ben gunun bitisini
Karanlik icinden korkularimin cikisini
Ulkemden uzak kaldim ben bugun
Eger duyuyorsan beni – cik, gorun
Soyle niye oyle bos oldu bu insanlar
Ruyalari nerde? Neden bu yalanlar?
Dinimden uzak kaldim ben bugun
Gercek basit, sonumuz birdir – olum.
Gel, kurtar sesim geliyorsa
Cokmeye verme, benden hala umudun varsa.
This is in Turkish, but I'll try to translate:
Today I'm far away from this life
I'm on the roof, watching people strive
And I see the sun going down
And my deepest fears coming out from the darkness
Today I'm far away from my own land
If you hear me, please give me hand
And tell me why those people are so empty?
Where are their dreams? Why all these lies?
Today I'm far away from my faith
I know the truth is simple - we all gonna die some day
Come and help me if you can hear my voice
Don't let me drown, if you still have any hope in me...
